Elizabethtown College's all-male a cappella group, Phalanx, placed in the top 30 schools during the annual
International Championships of A Cappella.
This international tournament showcases the art of student a cappella and takes place each spring in six regions: West, Midwest, South, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Europe. Having placed second in the quarterfinals at Rutgers University, Phalanx earned a spot as one of the top 30 a cappella groups in the nation. In addition, Nathan Shughart '12 earned the Outstanding Choreography award for the group's performance of "Don't Stop Me Now." Visit the ICCA site for
